I’ve been training with Kristen for over 10 years now, and I believe she is one of the most committed experienced trainers anywhere around. I started training, as part of a group session, really enjoy the variety & challenge all put together with a great “on-beat” music selection.

Kristen is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging & always a lot of fun. My overall fitness level has surpassed expectations and continues to remain at a high performance level.
